We had a brilliant 4-night stay in the spacious Superior Quadruple Room, which was perfect for our family with two girls. The lovely breakfast choices kept us fueled for beach days, and we enjoyed relaxing with some board games in the cozy lounge. Only minor issue was the need for extra coffee supplies, but it didn’t ruin our wonderful time! 😊

A family room with two separate spaces offered us the comfort we needed during our 4-night stay. The fresh breakfast and friendly hosts enhanced our enjoyable experience. Despite some dust in the corners, the cozy, bright rooms with comfortable beds made it a fantastic choice close to the beach. The availability of free Wi-Fi was a major plus, allowing us to easily connect with family back home.

I loved the warm welcome from the owners at Beaches Guesthouse. They greeted me by name, which feels special. The room I stayed in was cozy and had a large bathroom. The decor created a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast options were delightful, especially the delicious vegan cooked breakfast. The attention to dietary needs made me feel cared for. Preston Sands beach is quite close, making it convenient for a beach day. I did notice limited parking availability, which can be a hassle during peak times. The room was at the front, and noise from the main road was noticeable until late at night, making it a bit challenging to fall asleep.

Cozy stay with great breakfast
We had a nice time here! The owners are super friendly and even provided tasty homemade cakes. Our room was clean and comfy, but it could really use some updates. The breakfast was delish, but we had to order it the night before which was a bit odd. great vibes, just needs a bit of TLC.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the walk-in shower and the cozy tea and coffee setup in my room. There’s a lovely area for relaxing with a book. It’s just a short walk to the beach for some fresh air. The only downside was the limited breakfast options, but overall, I’d recommend it for a comfy getaway! 😊

This place was just a balanced option for an overnight stopping in Paignton with good value for cost. The home-cooked breakfasts were excellent, the best I've ever tasted. Make sure to enjoy breakfast early as the dining hours are limited.
